well, in my attempts to be heathly[er] and get more green stuff in my life… i’ve discovered a cheap and easy snack. edamame :o) it’s so easy, you just boil water and cook for 5 minutes, then add a splash of olive oil, toss some salt in there…and i like to add some red pepper for an extra kick :o) its better than popcorn! anyways, just thought i’d share my new obsession with you! !

well here’s the rest of my faves of six month old conner…. i just can’t help but smile when i look at these… he’s so darn cute!
funny story behind that contagious smile of his… he loves when you say “QUACK!” he just giggles and grins away. so there we were in the middle of Red Rocks just saying quack, quack, quack…over and over again. the other people in the park must have thought we were insane! but hey, it worked :o)
